Refund Policy

At Ahaverse, we do our best to provide you with a world-class visual experience. We wish to extend the same with our seamless refunds.

Upon cancellation of the event by the organizer, the refund will be transferred to your original payment method within 15 days of cancellation. No cash refunds will be initiated.

Refunds will not be initiated for any reason other than 'cancellation of the event or activity by the organizer' for which you have made the payment.
